From the creators of "Pump Boys and Dinettes" comes a hilarious nostalgic musical. The time is the 1920s when radio was as wide open as the Internet is today. Armed with a license, her 500-watt transmitter, and her all girl band called the Hazelnuts, Hazel Hunt becomes a broadcaster out of her home in Ceder Ridge, Arkansas. Due to Hazel's habit of "channel-wandering"-jumping from channel to channel-her broadcasts are not always local. "Channel-wandering" is illegal but, then again, so is the still in the back yard. When Herbert Hoover, then Secretary of Commerce, sends an Inspector to shut her down, the comedy ensues. Based on a true story about Aimee Semple McPherson, this spirited comedy will leave you hootin' and hollerin' for more.
